My daughter was ignored and then treated inappropriately for trying to re order high priced items after NO ONE bothered to answer her horn blowing at the window. Drinks could have been re cupped to small to accommodate her money. Instead she was treated like a criminal

Mobile order ticket was still sitting on the counter when I walked in 7 minutes after I ordered. Five workers ignore me as I wait. Three minutes later I’m acknowledged. Four minutes later my subpar iced latte that tastes nothing like pumpkin spice is handed over with an insincere apology. I waited 12 minutes for this. Never going back to this location.

WORST DUNKIN EXPERIENCE. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME COMING AND I AM OUTRAGE THAT MY ORDER WAS INCORRECT AGAIN! THE FIRST TIME I CAN UNDERSTAND BUT TO COMPLETELY MESS UP AGAIN AND AGAIN AND THEN NOT EVEN ACCOMIDATE NOR APOLOGIZE IS SO RUDE TO ME. I CALLED TO SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER WHO WAS TOLD TO ME BY ELIZABETH OR LIZ AS SHE CALLED HERSELF WAS NAME KENNY. THEY DID NOT EVEN WANT TO COME TO THE PHONE OR DEAL WITH THE COMPLAINT AT ALL. I FELT THIS IS NOT REAPEAT NOT AT ALL GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PARTICULAR DUNKIN AGAIN AND ENCOURAGE OTHERS NOT TO DO SO AS WELL!

I've noticed everytime I go to this location I get super sick right after drinking the coffee. At first I thought nothing of it but it's EVERYTIME. Clean and disinfect the machines properly! Definitely needs a surprise visit from corporate.

I went here with my dad and got some breakfast. It was top-notch, it doesn't disappoint. The staff were nice. Hope to come here again. (By that I meant that I live in the other side of Orland Park.) Definitely the best Dunkin.

Coffee is so inconsistent. 50 percent chance that they make your coffee the right way. And when they mess up they give you attitude when you ask them to fix it.
