Small family owned business that serves good fried chicken as it's main dining, other options also available such as itilian beef, and sausage, pasta, and turkey sandwiches, and some seafood items. Large variety of salads and potatoes.
I had the sausage sandwich which was a good size portion served on garlic Bread.
The fried chicken was cooked very well, but could use some seasoning in the breading. Potato wedges were also large and breaded. I sampled the coleslaw which was good and not to creamy.
The location does a large amount of catering for all size groups and puts various packages together based on amount of people and budget.
The service was good and friendly. The dining room is very small and not recommend for large groups, and parking is tight.
Overall good food, worthy of checking out if your in the area.

I have been eating Heines chicken, shrimp, and fish for over 70 years! The quality, taste, and generous portions has never changed. We visit the Orland location for great jumbo shrimp and fried chicken. The hot sauce is legendary and very tasty.

You didn’t even read my post. Readers are leaders. Your response is unacceptable! I wanted 4 pieces of chicken. Next time post online that catering is only available. And no I will not be returning

I walked in on Mother’s Day to have lunch with my Mother and was told we are only taking and fulfilling catering requests. Very rude establishment! I’ll make sure to spread the word on what a fine family business - not

I have very mixed reviews. The bone in fried chicken is very good, biscuits great, mashed potato and gravy awesome. Went another time and ordered chicken strips. The Chicken Strips were over cooked. They were very chewy from being in the fryer 3-4 minutes too long. The heines signature sauce is good. The barbecue sauce is a hard pass.
Please time your chicken strips better and stop over cooking.

I enjoyed the chicken very much… My issue is the young lady that waited on me… VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!! I waited 10 minutes for her to get off the phone…
Then when my food was ready she threw it at me… Her name was Hadley.. SHE HAS TO GO!!

Best fried shrimp! crispy batter with a fresh crunch to the shrimp. Chicken is also super flavorful and juicy. this is mostly a take out place but has a few tables if you want to stay and enjoy.

We've been ordering from them for years whether its for a party or a quick feed the kids cause I didnt cook kinda day. Their mostaccioli is really good and we always order chicken chunks and fried shrimp on the side. Great owners and the employees are nice too. I definitely recommend 👌

I occasionally buy dinners here. I had a birthday party recently and I ordered few items from this place to be delivered to the place of my party. I was not disappointed. Food was delivered on time, freshly made, well packed, and the most important it was delicious. The price is reasonable and delivery fee was not expensive. I totally recommend Heinie's McCarthy's catering.

My family's go to for Chicken for many years. Always delicious and consistent. We usually order the family chicken with mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and a few filets of catfish, all of which are cooked to perfection and taste out of this world! The customer service is always friendly and hospitable.
