We had just moved in the area looking for a good carryout chicken place. I had my whole family over and I went on the reviews and the reviews sounded great but
We had ordered chicken shrimp and the ocean perch samplers last night. First time we ever ordered from them the chicken was super dry. The fish smelled like a dead fish and the shrimp was so mushy. The food was horrible. Our potatoes were all overcooked and dried out. I will never order from this place again.

1st time at this place. We used the drive up and carry out. This was at the drive up, at the gas station on LaGrange Rd and 183th. We ordered the 1/2 lb shrimp and 1 order of onion rings. The price was over $17.00!!! What we got for $17.00 was 6 pieces of shrimp and a hand full of oinion rings. We felt this was a rip off. The bags they used to pack the food weighted more then the food itself? We will not be back.

We’ve ordered many, many times from there both for a family dinner night and large catering orders. Today is the last time I EVER order from here again; rude girls answering the phone, was put on hold 3 times before they could take the order, then they started out saying “what exactly do you want to order because we can’t make xyz today”. I couldn’t even get the full order out to her before she was hanging up. Ridiculous. plenty of other places I can get good chicken around here with sides better than we get at Hienie’s.

I love this place!!! They deliver fast, the prices are cheap, the customer service is excellent, the chicken is always fresh and never dry, the breakfast sandwiches are great but my favorite sandwiches are the chicken parm and the Reuben🤤👍

I placed an order for 4 wings. Wings were full of feathers, dark, and old! Called the owner Tammy. Instead of her offering to rectify the problem she became very defensive and hung up! I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and this is my LAST visit! Unbelievable!
