My family and I are frequent visitors of Mike's and the most frustrating part is when the sandwich is not prepared correctly. We have grown to love Jersey Mikes but accuracy is key. Stopped in yesterday for 3 sandwiches and 2 were not made correctly. Not just a missing ingredient but totally incorrectly made. Tried to call in to complain a few times and no answer or voice mail option. We stopped visiting PotBelly because of this same issue. Why is it so hard?
