Everything was served to his correctly fresh and hot. It was easy to order with the kiosk and to receive a number and then it was called out to us when it was ready. The restaurant was very clean on the inside and on the outside with lots of parking

The location on Lagrange road in Orland Park needs some help. The workers didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. They were not friendly, talked while everyone was waiting for their food, forgot food and the coffee was burnt tasting.

Nice people, great service. Good is wonderful. They deserve higher pay and benefits. Two or three jobs to pay for necessities must end. Tip them well, but get on the owners and the company to treat them all better.

10:20 pm on Monday 12/16. Tried to order an ice cream cone for my pregnant wife. The girl nervously said, “ we don’t have ice cream right now”. Hopefully the owner sees this.

Better to go to Orland hills they are so much nicer. This location always has an attitude & whatever it’s fast food. But once they started yelling I stopped going. Other place is fresher too.

Went through the drive through, person at the machine talked with massive spaces in between making me wonder if they heard me or were even there, then once I finally moved on to the pay window the man there had to shout back at the cooking crew that the fries were burning?? Then I pulled forward, was given just drinks, then after I was told to pull up again I waited 25 minutes for food, and when I got it and got home they forgot half my order, like for God’s sake

On Sunday, October 27, I ordered some hot chocolates and it was only water with milk, not even chocolate, it took a long time and the glasses were very dirty.

It took them a long time to serve 3 hot chocolates and when they finally delivered them the cups were dirty with dripped chocolate. They only tasted like hot milk.
