The food was good this time. Its been a while since ive been back since ive had been iffy the last few times. The prices are far ridiculous for pasta and fake chicken but the place does need a update looks like it has alot of water damage going on there where that can be mold. The woman wasnt very friendly when I went to pick up my food there. I tried to help pick up her mood with a smile but she wasnt having it. Oh well its expected around here. Please lower your prices or give better coupons. Thanks.

I used to love Noodles, but they have changed the sauces so much that I just don't enjoy them anymore. I usually get the Penne Rosa which is now Rigatoni Rosa and the sauce is much more tomato like than a cream sauce. And they need salt! The mac and cheese dishes are still good, but be aware that your favorite is now probably gone as is the flavor.

There was an issue with my order because the online system apparently rejected one of my dishes, which was strange, but they rectified the situation and quickly made my dish that was missing after they investigated it and apologized. It would’ve been nice if they gave me some credit or I’m free for the inconvenience because I have to wait overall this location is pretty good customer service. They need to give a little bit more portion size sometimes it’s inconsistent

This restaurant is pretty good. I like the food, but the portions are really small. If you are at all hungry you will need to buy two entrees. The vibe and atmosphere are good. Very modern feel. The service is good too. Our food got brought out in a very timely manner.

Omg! The butter noodles are amazing! I could gain a lot of weight eating those a few times a week. This was my first time visiting Noodles and Company. They do not disappoint. We had the Lemon Shrimp Scampi and the Zucchini Pesto. The large for both. I was full halfway into the meal. I think I'll get the smaller size next time. We topped the meals and with a chocolate chip cookie. So soft and good!

The food is good, service is decent, and the place’s level of cleanliness is acceptable.
This is one of my favorite places to eat at, so I usually visit a lot.
Even if you plan on dining in, it’s more convenient to order the food to go because it will save you a trip if you don’t finish all the food. It also makes it easier to manage and carry the food. The trays make it slightly harder. But this is just a personal preference thing.
Horrible customer service . As I walked into the establishment. I wasn’t even greeted. I had to greet the person that was at the cashier . A black African American woman who seemed to be the manager / supervisor ( poor customer service ) . I said Good morning and proceeded to explain whose order I was picking up ( ubereats pick up) she proceeded to hardly greet me and stated “ it’s not ready” …. Didn’t say how long . Didn’t have good morning, how are you. No form of proper mannerism at all. She didn’t even make eye contact. Just continued typing and minding her business . She walked off and gave another customer better customer service . ( which made it known it was personal to be rude towards me specifically ) then I stood there almost 10 minutes just to be told the order is still being made by anther employee who was a white male . It didn’t make sense to me how no one else is in there waiting for food yet my order wasn’t made yet. It already taken me 10 + minutes to get there . I waited another ten . Then to be told it’s be another 4-6 minutes. It’s ridiculous. Ubereats drivers AREN’T PAID TO WAIT there was NO ONE ELSE in there after the one young lady was waited on. I’m glad I personally didn’t pay to eat here. They need to do better with their customer service skills and attitude especially the “ manager “
