Service is so so. Sometimes service is great and goes above expectations and beyond, then there’s a lot of times when service is just horrible. Think I’m switching to rainbow across the street!

The location is fine, nothing special inside. It actually needs a good cleaning. The ice-cream is good, the staff is nice. We has the Coffee Shake, Nerds Frostbite Shake and Cherry Shake and the Cherry 🍒 was the best.

I gave two stars because I like the ice cream, but I don’t like dealing with the employees there. I have to be encumbered with childish acting people who make sport of me when trying to place my order in the drive-through. Its extremely annoying and tiresome, and makes me not want to go back.

I’m not sure if they’re under new management or something, but the last 2 times I’ve gone it’s been absolutely miserable service.

I just waited 40min (literally watched the clock) in the drive through and I never even got my ice cream. It took them 10min waiting at the speaker to take my order. Then when I finally got to the window, no one acknowledged me for 20min. They delivered 9orders inside but didn’t even ask for my card or anything.

I had a hysterically crying baby in the back seat, and since no one even said hello or took my card at the window, I left. I will never come back to this location.

Stopped for dessert after taking our son out for his birthday. It was good.

Very nice place. Friendly service and excellent shakes. I wish the fron of the store could match with the interior because the interior is super cool and the exterior super dull

Drive thru very slooow. Ice cream good.

I ordered Handpacked several times, but they sent me prepacked anyway. Its clearly not Hand Packed if it is sealed.......

It took well over 20 minutes of being at a near-standstill in the drive thru to get a shake and a float. The drive thru also locks you in, so you can't leave despite the wait. Girl at the window was unfriendly, and we requested hot fudge in our malt and paid the upcharge, only to not receive. Very disappointing as we've been to other Oberweis locations and had only great experiences!

Loved everything about this place! Generous scoops, rich flavors. The staff extremely knowledgeable. Big thank you to the manager Patrick for the flavor recommendation. Let’s talk about the cleanliness, super clean I didn’t have to pull out my clorox wipes. Overall experience 10/10 I’ll definitely visit again!
