Food as always was excellent and my family eats at this Tinley Park location on a regular basis. However today when it was time to pay the waitress took our AARP discount card & a $80 gift card to adjust the bill. She returned with the discounted bill and the AARP card but not the gift card which we knew wouldn't cover the bill entirely. We were ready to pay the bill with a credit card which we handed to the waitress. I asked where was the gift card and was told that...

Came in to Outback to have dinner and our son started acting up. Our waitress was so awesome and understood we were having a hard time with him. We literally only ordered drinks and wasn’t able to order food. I wasn’t able to catch her name but thank you for showing us kindness!

We had a lovely time. The food was delicious! The waiter and the servers were fantastic! The only reason I gave three stars for atmosphere was we were seated at a table, which is fine, but it felt very much like we were being watched by all the other tables around us. It was a little too close for comfort in my opinion.
