My first time ordering from here on DoorDash. I ordered the Johnny Utah Salmon Bowl. It was so good and so fresh! I added avocado for extra $. The portions are big so you’ll get multiple meals out of it. I will definitely be telling others about this place! ✨🍣✨

I ordered in this past for home delivery. This time I picked it up. Overly cooked in Oil. Disposal mess!!!! So expensive…. Should be done right.
I have eaten here several times . My complaint is about the costumer service and the manager Wednesday Oct 16 at 6:12 pm At the Orland Park Location . IL . I don’t have a name. I’ve never called in to complain for things missing in my order in the past here (because usually w/take out some things get over looked, not a huge deal) HOWEVER, this time my shrimp poke bowl smelled funny and being a huge fish eater I know bad shrimp when I smell it . My husband called to see if we could return the un eaten bowl and get something different. This manager proceeded to give a full lecture that it wasn’t possible and to try the shrimp and eat it. We said no because we didn’t want to get sick and was there another solution. She was rude raised her voice and said no. There wasn’t an ounce of concern coming from this human… Sadly we ended up spending a total of $60 for 3 people and one meal was completely un edible with no solution from management. …………………………… Note to the owner from another franchise owner : a good manager keeps business coming in and knows how to problem solve. Yours doesn’t.

Every time I go into poke bros, The twins always do a good job ensuring I have a good experience, asking about my day and making sure I was doing okay. Never have I ever walked in and experienced a bad welcoming environment. 10/10 food was also scrumptious Thanks, Natalie!

literally the best poke bros around, portions are perfect, quality is perfect and nancy and natalie are AMAZING and so so sweet. the frankfort location is usually more convenient for me, but i will choose to go to orland every time

The girl with blonde hair who says she’s the manager is VERY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND BO CUSTOMER SERVICE ETIQUETTE. I will never go here again. When I came up for my order, I was only handed one bag and I had $100 worth of food and they had a problem with handing me my other bag. Next I had to reorder an item because it wasn’t communicated that I wasn’t charged for chicken even though I put it in the instructions for my online order. She essentially called me a liar when I called to let her know some small items like tempura flakes, green onion,etc were missing. The worst experience I’ve ever had here with her. She need to be fired or brought back down to a regular food server because she does not know how to be a manger!!! I feel sorry for anyone that has an encounter with her. Maybe it’s because I’m African American I don’t know but the treatment was horrible now I have to eat a dry bowl with no sauces or tempura flakes and so do my co workers.
