I came here and ordered two GRILLED chicken sandwiches. Before I proceed, what does grilling mean? I Googled the word, and this is what Wikipedia had to say:
"Grilling is a form of cooking that involves heat applied to the surface of food, commonly from above, below or from the side. Grilling usually involves a significant amount of direct, radiant heat, and tends to be used for cooking meat and vegetables quickly. Food to be grilled is cooked on a grill (an open wire grid such as a gridiron with a heat source above or below), using a cast iron/frying pan, or a grill pan (similar to a frying pan, but with raised ridges to mimic the wires of an open grill)."
None of that above was executed to my sandwich. NONE!!! They went into the freezer, grabbed two frozen chicken breasts (no idea how long they have been in there), and nuked them. Then, they proceeded to fry them on the GRIDDLE. 2.5 minutes on each side! Then they gave it to me. After ONE bite, I couldn't do it. I couldn't eat it. That's how nasty this lazy process of a sandwich was. I want you to observe the pics from the sandwich. Then I want you to access the decline of the sandwich, based on my past pics, from just months ago.

My wife came in and was made to feel like a child. She didn't know the Oso particular terminology that this establishment uses. So when she asked for a small sandwich as there are three different size options ,and anyone with half a brain would be able to ascertain what small meant in translation to their menu, she was belittled. As well as questioned about her age and why was she there. In what world do you think those questions are appropriate? And I know this was only said because I wasn't there. This is not the first instance of old men talking down to women to feel big. I know it won't be the last. But it will be the last time we go through it here. We will take our business elsewhere. Shame on you. So old and still don't know how to act. If you have a problem with this review, I would love to discuss it in person.

This is the first time in my entire life that I’ve ever found it necessary to write a review on food. I’m by no means Karen who sends their food back. I’ve always loved submarine city and have always had great service ordering in person. Today I was in too much pain so decided to use Uber eats. I paid for double meat and ordered two sandwiches. Both were deficient in meat and there was absolutely no ham on my sandwich. There was barely enough meat for a child’s lunchable. I used to struggle with an eating disorder and I can honestly say there was barely any meat on this. I used to starve myself and even I feel these sandwiches were unacceptable. $30 for extra meat only to be fed like a bird. Very different than the past experience I’ve had in person. I’ve been a customer for 20 years. Maybe the delivery guy ate it because this is highly unusual . This is as truly a bread sandwich.

This is a great dining and go restaurant. There are so many different selections for pretty much anyone. They had gyros and sub sandwiches hamburgers and hotdogs, chicken and salad. Lots to choose from. There is seating inside and plenty of parking easy to get in and off of the restaurant from route 45.
