seafood boil was perfectly seasoned, eggs were boiled to perfection, and shrimp was the perfect size. everything was just fye honestly. The wait was kinda long but then again, I went on a friday night.

1st time here, drove 1hr 20min. We came to celebrate a birthday. We had a great 1st time experience! Waitress was wonderful, the service was great & very fast & the food was finger lickin' good! If you leave here hungry, that's your own damn fault! We will be back again!

My fiancé and I were craving a good seafood boil. We ordered out since I was feeling under the weather. The only complaint I have is the wait time. We were told after ordering online that expect the food done by 5:50PM. We arrived at that time and we did not get our to-go order until 6:30. I understand it being a weekend and nice weather out as well but that is a drastic time difference. Other than that, food was HOT still when we got home and the flavoring was great. Will definitely return despite long waits.

I came to dine in today and the service was horrible, I’m very understanding when comes to the restaurant being busy and the wait time because I have worked at a restaurant before. But they took forever to attend us, and didn’t check in with us until we asked for the check. Never asked for refills or if we wanted boxes to go. Food wise it was decent but service was lacking.

I only have it a 4 star because it is really expensive and you don’t get a lot of food. We were still hungry.

So today, I had seafood from Juicy Seafood. Look, I love my seafood, n I know when it is supposed to be right. I walked in, they weren't busy at all. The host sat us at a table. The server came right away. We ordered sodas, and I ordered a cosmo drink(which wasn't garnish with no fruit but whatever). The appetizer was gumbo (came out right away), which was not season😑. I had to add salt and pepper. It was more like a veggie soup than seafood gumbo. I had 1 thin slice of sausage and not even a half of shrimp in it. The rest was okra and veggies. Didn't care for the gumbo. We ordered 2 red bombs. Which came with a lobster tail, crab legs, shrimp, corn, and potatoes. I added 2 boiled eggs and a half of lb sausage. I got the juicy special seasoning extra hot. KISSES TO THE CHIEF. THE SEAFOOD BAG WAS BOMB.COM. EASY TO crack the crab legs n pull the meat right out. The LOBSTER TAIL WAS SMACKALICIOUS. EVERYTHING IN THE BAG WAS SO GOOD. MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. I wanna go back to try other things. SEE YA THERE💋

Although pleasant Service and very clean Restaurant…I Will Not Be Returning ..After Being Seated Me And My Wife’s Order was taken About 10 mins after that..Not bad at all but the problem was once our order was took 50 mins pasted and still no food ( I kno because I received a call while order was being taken …we ask multiple times what was the hold up and waitress repeatedly said it’s coming out…Another 5 to 10 mins later we were packing up and leaving extremely hungry and disappointed

I wouldn’t know because I drove all the way from the city to eat here & there was a 2 hour wait!

On a Wednesday night we arrived about 7:15 and we're told it would be a 25 minute wait for our party of 2. We happily waited and were seated in about 20 minutes. After being seated, we were not greeted or acknowledged at all. We were completely ignored. We watched as 2 tables who were seated after us were greeted, received drinks, and had their orders taken, while we still went unacknowledged. After 25 minutes, we just left. Terrible experience. We won't be back.

Decided to give this place a try. Placed an order TO-GO and per app, it said it would be ready in 20min. Gave them an extra 10mins because I know seafood places get busy. Entered the restaurant, there was no host or any employee near the entrance to give anyone updates or direction. I waited about 10min before an employee approched me and other guests. I was told it would be "a few more mins". Did not receive my order until about 40-45mins later! If I hadn't paid for this already, I would've left along with all the other people that walked out waiting for a table.

Food was ok. But would not return or recommend because of this experience.

It’s 0 stars. The manager should know better that it is the weekend, a lot of families come in to eat, and she couldn’t even respond to our questions. They couldn't even give us an estimated time. We waited for over an hour, and they would tell us they did not have enough servers. Everywhere we go, we deal with understaffing. However, a manager should be responsible enough to handle this kind of situation.

We have visited the orland park location several times but not had this type of experiences before! Bonnie, a Caucasian female with blonde hair in a (ponytail) was extremely pleasurable. Her tone of voice, her willingness to anticipate our needs and overall customer service is impeccable! I hope this reaches the leadership team that can acknowledge her great customer skills, we did our part of a consumer level 💸. Truly a rare breed in this economy day and aged! Bonny, you made our visit enjoyable from beginning of end!
