I’ve been coming to Trugurt for 3/4 years and they always have the best staff and selections. The environment is always keep and nothing short but amazing. This place will always be my go to.

The guy who worked today had 0 service etiquette. He didn't take his eyes of the phone even for a second. Only think he said was the total price.
No hi, no bye, no thank you, no have a good day.
Other people were complaining too.

I recently visited Trugurt in Orland Park for some frozen yogurt and a tapioca smoothie. While the frozen yogurt was decent, I was disappointed with the tapioca. It lacked flavor and had a somewhat bland texture. I was hoping for something more satisfying, especially since their menu seemed so promising.

Unfortunately, the staff wasn’t very helpful either. When I asked for recommendations or suggestions, they didn’t seem too enthusiastic about assisting. While the place itself is clean and has a nice atmosphere, the overall experience could have been better with a bit more attention to detail and customer service.

Second time I went and there were no lids. This time my 3 yogurt got rain all in them as I was walking to my car and spilt all over my car.

I come in here almost weekly and let me tell you, the atmosphere of this place is so electrifying and welcoming. Just being greeted with a simple hello, how are you! From the staff fills me with joy. The happiness on my nieces and nephews faces when I mention Trugurt is what makes me the happiest. They will always remember the little frozen yogurt shop they went to with me, and that’s so special to my heart. Thank you Trugurt for all the new flavors and experiences you have given to me and my family. I recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to relax and eat some delicious cream!! Wow….. where do i start? The atmosphere is amazing here and the workers are so very nice. Jenna recommended the “yellow cake batter” and boy oh boy was it amazing. She made me feel at home as my grandmother would take me out as a kid to get this flavor. I appreciate the hard work this young woman made to make me feel like a kid again. I’ll be coming back here for years as long as she is there.

Best sweet treats in town. Service is truly outstanding at every visit. Such a clean and professional enviornment. Makes me remember why I started eating frozen yogurt in the first place. I’ll definitely be bringing the kids back again soon.

Never went here before but was a little nervous about going given the bad reviews. I actually enjoyed my experience and thought the Nutella flavor tasted good.nice and quiet atmosphere.I gotta say though about their washroom their scentsy was way too strong and choked me. Now I’m not sure if it’s because of pregnancy heightened smell or it was just way too strong, other wise clean.Thank you

Yogurts great! Staff sucks!
I came in on a Tues night with my family. The crew was busy talking to a friend (wasnt sure he was working or not but definitely not a customer). They didn't greet nor move from where they were talking. The three congregated right in front of the toppings. The had whipped cream out all day. It was warm and melting.

Group of young kids sticking their hands in all of the toppings while the mothers texted and enjoyed their yogurt. Would not recommend eating

It was a pretty good first time going here, and I gotta say as I'm not a huge fan of frozen yogurt that this place is awesome. the yogurt was great, hands down the best flavor was the banana and peanut butter mix. I would absolutely come back here and will be telling people about this place. ????
