“Reuland’s was a preferred caterer from our venue, the Paramount Meyer Ballroom, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. Brigit Reuland, a third generation owner, was phenomenal to work with from the start. She was very responsive, nice, and straight forward. There were so many options to choose from for our tasting. Our tasting went so smoothly and we felt like royalty. We had our own table with our customized tasting menu and beautiful set up with possible napkin folds and color samples. All the food was so tasty and plated so beautifully, it was so hard to narrow down our choices. We decided on 3 passed appetizers, a buffet, 2 proteins, 3 sides, and a late night snack of mini pizzas…oh yeah, AND A CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN (it was a hit). We got so many compliments on this being the best wedding food many of our guests have EVER had, people were raving about the fettuccine! Reuland’s staff was so nice to work with, everyone was so polite, helpful, and greeted everyone with a smile. They made our table set up come to life. There was even a few surprises, like the beautifully carved watermelon with my husband and I’s name on it and a nice gift for my Dad! And one of the most special features they offer is that you can donate your leftover food to two shelters in the area, and we absolutely love that, we went with the women’s shelter. The beef short ribs was fall off the bone tender!!! the greens and mac and cheese was superb. and that Fried Chicken BAAABY!! she sprinkled some serious SOUL in this food.. I'm mad that I didnt take pictures because, my husband and I barely made it out of the parking lot before we grabbed some chicken out of the pan.. FANTASTIC :)“
