Chicken Wings near Oswego

“We've been coming to Anchor Bar since it opened in Oswego, IL. The service has always been great and the wait staff is so friendly and attentive. Our favorite is Michelle. She always has a friendly smile and treats us like family. The prices are reasonable and of course the food is delicious! My favorite are the wings and the Anchor Bar draft beer.“

“I eat Buffalo Wild Wings quite a bit. Some people crave Ice Cream, others chocolate. I crave BWW boneless wings. I usually get mine carry out but sometimes I just am rushed for time and eat in. I’ve been to most of the local ones - Aurora, Naperville etc. and I have to say Oswego is usually the best.

I wanted to write this review because I just had the best server in the history of my love of BWW. Kasside was great - filled my drink 3 times and never let it go empty. Was friendly and outgoing and just did an awesome job. I know people are more motivated to leave a review when they have a negative experience as when they have a positive one and that sucks. So I wanted to give a shout out to a job well done and say thanks for being the best.“

“I love their veggie pizzas...both the flat bread and regular and we've had many combinations. I have a suggestion. If someone comes in, calls in or text an order of garlic knots, please don't replace or suggest dough knots. Dough knots are not the same as garlic knots. Garlic knots are savory. Dough knots are sweet. Yes, dough is dough and I love carbs but when my taste buds wants savory, I want savory and not sweet. Please. Thank you.“

“I ordered thru door dash because they seemed to have great prices compared to similar restaurants. I was a little hesitant since I didn't know what to expect but everything was great! The curly fries were good, I even air fried leftovers the next day. The wings were good too, I love that they have a variety of sauces. I will definitely order again“

“Great experience here. My son was hungry after a baseball game and wanted chicken and waffles. This was the closest thing to it on our way home. I wish I would have caught the gentleman's name who took our order tonight. Really helpful with the menu since we hadn't ordered here before and just super friendly. Service like that is what makes me want to go back to a place. My kid loved the chicken tenders too.“

“Immediately greeted when I walked in. The manager Sam was extremely sweet & friendly. She told me about a 20 minute wait, and it wasn't nearly that long of a wait. The food is delicious compared to other locations I've been to.“

“Tonight was my boyfriend's and my usual date night out of town, with a movie & food, but tonight we caught a late movie. We were worried we would find nothing but your typical McDonald's & the such, but stumbled upon Baba's and I'm glad we did. The woman running the counter was very nice, and made some recommendations to me when I wasn't sure what to order. I ended up getting the large catfish filets (by her recommendation) and they were delicious! They had a light crisp batter, and were very moist on the inside. My boyfriend ordered wings, which she also suggested & they too were crispy on the outside while remaining juicy on the inside. We left very satisfied, and definitely intend to return the next time we're in the area!“

“Been coming to this establishment since they opened and have been pleased with their wings, catfish and shrimp. Conveniently located. I noticed as I placed my order I saw a sign stating yo keep costs down, pay with cash if possible. I paid with cash and noticed on my receipt I was charged the credit card fee (didn’t see a sign for that). Anyway, I bought it to the attention of the young man who took my order and he apologized and refunded the cc fee. Please check your sales receipt at all fast food establishments.“
