Obviously, the staff nor the manager does not care about customer or customer satisfaction.

4 cars in front of me in the drive through was a legitimate 30+ minute wait. Very aggravating
I've given this Panda Express multiple chances, but the experience continues to be disappointing. The cashiers are often rude and unwelcoming, the wait times are consistently long, and management does not seem willing to take accountability when issues are brought to their attention.
