I used The Scoop for a family event and they were great! They arrived on time with an ice cream cart, toppings, and plenty of delicious ice cream!The servers were friendly and very helpful. Everyone thought that the ice cream cart was the hit of the party! The owner was easy to deal with, helpful and went out of her way to make sure that my event was enjoyed by everyone. Can't say enough.....so happy they opened their cute shop in Oswego ! !
The Scoop is a Mom & Pop Shop with a Cozy Environment. First Time visiting Super Friendly Staff Emily was Super Polite. We got Ice Cream & Candy to Go. We will be Back. Highly Recommend. #Ricks2Cents
