I stayed in the area two days and visited this Culver’s twice — once for lunch and once for dinner. I had a mixed experience. Ordered in person at lunch and dined in the restaurant. The young man who took my order was polite, personable, and efficient. The food came out hot and was good. There was a QR code at my table indicating orders could be placed online for delivery to the table, so I ordered a vanilla malt. After waiting 20 minutes with no malt delivery, I went to the...

I had a great experience at Culver’s! We stopped by and saw Santa clause and Bryar delivered the best customer service I’ve ever received. He has perfectly portrayed the Culver’s culture and made my day!
