So today was the second time I have had a major issue with this Dunkin. I only visit it when coming through town. Last time I came through and had an issue I was handed a cup that was almost the color of milk (iced coffee mind you) I was assured even though I lived a great distance away that I could have a free drink in the future even if it meant months. I don’t live here and seldom come through and I told them this. They refused to refund unless I drove back to Ottawa...read full review
Fix your HVAC, the employees were baking!
They made my coffee correctly both times I visited and I’ve never had that luxury before. Thank you.

However, it is important for customers to be patient and respectful towards the staff, especially during busy times.
