Three teenager employees standing around, one customer had purchased ice cream while I was in there. No one went through the drive thru. I was told that I needed to go across the store to be helped. Mind you I was standing at the full donut case of which I wanted to order a dozen. I said never mind I’d just take my mobile order and leave. No donuts for breakfast tomorrow.

Long wait in the crazy stupid driver thru. I liked the old location much better. I now go to Starbucks because of how the drive thru is.

Came here with my family. My son wanted the advertised kid bowl. They didn’t have any of the decorations or the bowls. So, we got just a plain scoop for him. Then I wanted a banana split. They didn’t have bananas. So I then asked for a sundae. I wanted hot fudge. After I paid for it they said they didn’t have any. So I asked for caramel. They apparently didn’t have that either so they put chocolate sauce on it. Management needs to do a better job of watching their stock so they can get items they need on shipments so customers are disappointed repeatedly in one visit. Workers were incredibly nice.

UPDATE: I was mistaken, they aren't going great here. Today(10/17) and the 15th they made more poopookaka water & I had to get a remake & a refund. Remake didn't help at all, I didn't have the guts to tell the guy in person that it was still the most disgusting coffee I've ever had. Literally puke worthy coffee. It was disgusting. Do not go here if there isn't a line, they let the coffee sit for hours. That's the only thing that makes sense.Old review: Coffee here seems to be getting better every week, & recently employees are looking less overwhelmed so idk what they're doing differently in there but it's working. Haven't gotten a coffee after 1-2pm for months so idk about afternoon/evening shift but the mornings are going great here

This place went down hill after moving the young people working in there can't make a coffee. everything is nasty they sit around joking instead of tending to people and who knows who the manager is. I will never go back. Ordered a frozen mocha when I got a ice mocha so they just threw it in blender all watered down the kid looked like he just come back from the dispensary couldn't even keep his eyes open. Yeah been there 4 times and every time they mess stuff up. In the old building the employees where on top of it now sense they moved I have to say this is the worst Dunkin I have been to

Don't Go thru drive thru the layout design by cheap as company gets you stuck once you get in and your breathing exhaust for 45 minutes I could not get out cause 1 layer is for drive thru the next layer is to go around building to line-up for the first layer and yes guess what no pass thru lane so your stuck in two layers of traffic breathing in exhaust.If you think about pulling in guess what your stuck because you have two layers of cars behind you.Sunday at 9:15 am
