I love Dunkin, always have. My only complaint is the drive thru. As long as the lines are everyday, I know there is money for a new drive thru. People will damage their vehicles. The pot holes are Ridiculous

Since the change in management, every coffee has been immaculate, perfect, and always made right, even with modified orders. The drinks are always delicious and orders are consistently accurate. Despite being packed, the workers at the Ottawa location efficiently fulfill orders and are very respectful. However, it is important for customers to be patient and respectful towards the staff, especially during busy times.
