Everything exceeded expectations except the crab cake burger, which probably would have been much better hot, but for whatever reason, came a little more than lukewarm. Will be back, but will probably send something like that back to be re-done.

Ate there 3 tines while we had the boat at Heritage Marina. Loved the food and the people. Tried all sorts of different things. Nachos and ribs were particularly excellent. Fun bar too!!

Great food and a relaxing atmosphere overlooking the harbor on the back outdoor patio. The berry old fashioned was fantastic. I enjoyed the veggie panini. Large portions and the side salad was even excellent.

Great atmosphere as it's located right on the harbor. They have live music playing outside of the restaurant which is very nice. However the food lacked flavor and I was really disappointed. I didn't even finish my meal because of it. I had the chicken Parm sandwich and my wife had chicken and pasta. I didn't experience it but my buddy told me it took an hour to get a burger. Not a place I would recommend or come back to unfortunately and we stay at the harbour quite often.

I and nine friends from high school got together for lunch . There was plenty of seating to choose from. Scenic ,peaceful surroundings. Service and food was great. We really had a wonderful visit thanks to the Red Dog Grill!

Went for our son's 15th birthday. It took forever to get service. We finished our nachos 20 mins before our server came back to take our order. She seemed very annoyed. It was not busy. 3 girls just kinda screwing around and chatting. We told our server it was our son's birthday. We were hoping to get him dessert and sing. We where never offered dessert and she came w the bill and just planted it on on the table, kind of forcefully and walked away. Nachos were good but everything else was over cooked and tasted old. Worst rice I have ever had and the Philly was a joke.

I’m an Ottawan and we had family in from out of town staying at a multilevel unit on the other side of the bay. There were no positive aspects of the service other than the quality of the food. Waitress was inefficient, disorganized and slow. Food took 2 hours due to what seemed to be communication problems with the kitchen. The manager did come over, twice, with some compensation. Too bad, I can’t recommend this place.

This place is on a marina with nice boats to look at. The food was good, the service was great, and the other customers were super friendly. We split a tenderloin sandwich and fries so we could try a couple of appetizers. The stuffed mushrooms could have been cooked a little longer so the cream cheese was melted a little more, but they were delicious! We also tried the catfish nuggets. They were just okay for me but I don’t like anything that tastes fishy. I would definitely go back if I’m ever in the area again.A bonus is that after 4pm the outside Sandbar opens. There are tiki bars with swings, sand, a fire pit, I think they have live music, and it feels like you are on vacation. Someone said you can rent and stay at the marina for vacation.

It took TWO HOURS for our food to arrive. Don't expect fast service. Once the food got here, it was actually good. Luckily the atmosphere was very enjoyable. We had A LOT of time to enjoy it while we waited. They did give us a gift card at the end to accommodate the situation.

We love this place and stop in while visiting the Ottawa area. Our server was great and the food was delicious with the exception of my GFs steak. Ordered MR and came out raw. We elected to have it refired and I was already finished eating. The GM was gracious and packed it to go. He comped the dinner and gave us a nice gift card! Excellent customer service! We got back to the hotel and the steak was well done. We laughed and chalked it up to fate. Thanks again to the GM and server who turned a bit of a bad experience into a good experience.

Huge red flags here with a menu that doesnt list all possible allergens. Dangerous for people with food allergies. They have food on the menu with allergens that aren't even listed as an ingredient. I will add a photo for proof.(specifically the california flat bread )This is dangerous for me who is allergic to dairy. When I ordered the food thinking it has no food I am allergic too, then it is brought to the table covered with cheese? I asked to talk to the manager and she seemed to minimize the fact that the menu DIDNT EVEN INDICATE the allergen? Then annoyingly asked me what else I wanted...Thank god it was visible so I avoided a trip to the hospital. Super upsetting and definitely don't reccomend this place for people with food allergies.It got even worse though..... The manager ALLY decided to come to the table and was extremely rude to me afterwards as well direct quote from her " so you need to revert to social media?" (I assume they were looking over my shoulder at my phone bc I never posted yet)Instead of just trying to make the situation better, the manager just berated me in front of my friends bc she didn't want a bad review bc of the mistakes made on their end. They didn't offer to comp food and when I asked to speak to the OWNER the manager tried to tell me she was but then admitted she was only the general manager. I asked again for owners card or to take my info but nothing was done. This is required by law to disclose all the allergens in the foods on the menu before the customer orders and it would be an upstandable thing to do to be more than apologetic given you are breaking laws. I will be continuing to try to contact the owner as well making complaints to the correct government agencies.

Sunday service is typically on the slower side. Plan 1.5 to 2 hours for a meal. Good food and great view. We still come back but improvements are possible.
