Billy's Hot Dogs, Beef and Sandwiches

Best Italian beef I have ever had. Got an Italian beef with sweet peppers, onion rings, and a peach lemonade. Beef was peppery and seasoned well, sweet peppers were soft, and bread was soaked just the right amount. Lemonade tasted homemade. Service was fast and friendly. The intercom to the kitchen is hilariously well thought out. Next time I come to Schaumburg, I will be back!

Billy’s is such a great local spot! The burgers are amazing, the Chicago dogs are on point, and everything is fresh and delicious. Service is friendly, the restaurant is super clean, and you can tell they really care about what they do!

My husband says this place alone makes Palatine better…honestly, why not run for mayor! 😆

Virtually the last thing still manufactured in America is hospitality and its often delivered through local pubs and shops fitted to portray a local diner like style and feel. A true American pastime however businesses wear this past time like a wolf in sheep’s clothing and fail to realize it wasn’t the aesthetic that made it a past time but the service / hospitality itself, ordered a gyro and it did not come with fries nor did they educate me that it didn’t, they didn’t even make my order till it showed up.

The Gyro was delicious honestly it was the best I’ve had all year. Go get you one!! Fresh and flavorful. I could have used more sauce but next time I’ll ask for extra. Overall very satisfying and will go back again and again!! The cashier was very friendly and I loved the great energy when I stopped in. Thanks guys.

Love this hidden gem. As soon as you walk in you love the smell! There is a large variety of food and it is all wonderful. Highly recommend.

What a fantastic local spot! From the moment we walked in, the service was incredibly friendly and welcoming. It's not a big, flashy place; it has that perfect, cozy atmosphere of a classic neighborhood joint where you just feel comfortable.

We ordered the Polish Chicago-style hot dog, and it was absolutely outstanding. The sausage had that perfect snap, and it was loaded up correctly with all the fresh toppings—mustard, onions, relish, sport peppers, a pickle spear, tomato, and a dash of celery salt. It was one of the best I've had in a long time.

You can just tell they take pride in their great food and in taking care of their customers. If you're looking for genuinely friendly service and a top-tier Chicago dog, you can't go wrong with Billy's. I'm already planning my next visit!
