They really need to improve their quality of the Italian beef. Definitely not up to standard. The bread wasn't very good, way too much juice on the bread and the meat lacks flavor.

Billy's is a hidden gem. Vienna Beef Hall of Fame level Chicago Dog standards executed perfectly, and a whole lot of custom fresh option entres too.Decor and cleanliness had me taken aback and confused. This is not your greasy sticky hotdog hole in the wall I've come to accept after decades of Vienna Beef dives around the city. Spic and span dining room and kitchen, everything fresh and clean and cared for. Spices and fresh ingredients. Adorable Easter decor blended...
