Food tasted great! Friendly staff and amazing service. Will be back!
Service is extremely slow. Wait about 15 minutes to order. The wait for more than 40 minutes to get a ramen. Moreover, there are only two tables in the store. We have two people and the other table has only 6 people.
It does not make sense at all to serve two tables for over an hour to just get a ramen...

I’ve been going to the original location in Des Plaines for nearly 4 years and finally checked out the Palatine location. It was a disappointing experience from service, limited menu (out of many appetizers and all sushi at 5 pm on a Saturday), to the actual food. The noodles were hard and stuck together in clumps, the pork was dried out and overcooked. It took a while for someone to take our order since it looked like only one person was running food and waiting all tables. The server wasn’t very friendly and the chef appeared to be eating in the kitchen and not wearing gloves. Not sure what’s going on at this location, could just be an off day, but likely won’t return for a while. Bummer because we were excited to have a location closer to our new home!

Grate Ramen, really reach, great tasting broth. Service was great didn't have to wait for our order. Would love be back for lunch if I'm in neighborhood.

Expect slow service here. Waited about 15 mins to get the order in and another 30 mins for our ramen. Not all ramens are served at the same time. Green onion is badly chopped. Noodle is soggy.

A very disappointing experience. Asked for a sushi roll and was told they don’t have the sushi bar set up and no sushi could be ordered, I then asked for the spicy tuna and crispy rice appetizer and was again told that wasn’t available and 3/4 of the appetizers were also unavailable. I made a suggestion to note on the menu when whole sections are unavailable as there are then extremely limited options if you do not want ramen to eat. The ramen I wound up ordering was very very salty. The waitress never came to check on us during the meal, we had to flag her down for take home containers and I had to ask twice for the check. I was very excited to try this place, but left quite disappointed.

We ordered online for pickup. They were out of some options that we had some interest in but picked something else. We tried calling, but no one answered, but I guess there was an issue with the phone.
Regarding the FOOD: Our food was cooked wonderfully and ready when they said it would be ready. I was feeding two teens and my sister that have never had ramen and it was a HIT. Thank god because I LOVE ramen, and I wanted their first experience to be good so we could get it again! Thank you Chicago Ramen PALATINE.

Great location, very nice inside and friendly staff. The chicken ramen is excellent! Make sure you add extra garlic and Onikatsu (the red stuff).
