It’s been a long time since I’ve had a gyro sandwich, and they are fantastic here. Great cucumber sauce, and very moist meat.
I tried Chigger's for the first time today and had the Polish Sausage sandwich with extra onions...the only way I think it should be eaten. The Polish was good, service was fast, typical run down hot dog joint atmosphere with typical red baskets. My only beef is that the carry out menu DOESN'T HAVE PRICES...SO WHAT GOOD IS THE MENU?!?
Food is great, and reasonably priced. Atmosphere ia great, old chicago style with bears, bulls, and Blackhawks pictures everywhere. Service is great. Kind of nostalgic place IMO.
