Giana is, without a doubt, the kindest and most genuine employee I've ever met, not just at McDonald's, but anywhere. She always goes out of her way to make people feel welcome, takes the time to truly connect with customers, and serves everyone with warmth and care. She makes every visit better, and McDonald's is lucky to have her.
