For the price McDonald's now costs, I would hope you at least get a smile or aomwthing. They messed up half our order and didn't speak to you at the window. Didn't even get told my total before paying and waited at the window for 5 mins before anyone even showed up. This McDonald's has gone WAY down hill.

on king david this place is horrible? Hit up the Mcdonalds on Rand! its way cleaner and the employees are way better. That one old dude with gray hair is so rude man he need some happiness in his life and a smile on his face, I just had to exit the atmosphere. Huge pity for some of the nice employees sometimes because they surrounded by the rude ones.

Ordered from the drive through. The attendant seemed very distracted and confused about a very simple order. He kept asking me to repeat myself. I got home and discovered I was overcharged for an extra sandwich. I called them back and they offered to give me a refund, ONLY IF I drove back to return the extra sandwich… I may return the sandwich tomorrow if I’m out that way…. Not sure if they plan to eat it or to give it to another guest…??♂️. FYI - This is not the first time I’ve had issues with this McDonald’s. Hopefully, they do better in the future.

I ordered 2 Hot Fudge Sundae via touch screen, no one noticed it, I waited for 5 minutes until the order disappeared from their screen, I went to remind them, of course they gave it to me as if they were doing me a favor, but also one smaller one, the other one as it should be, it's a tragedy what's going on there and they move as if they were at least doing a favor by being alive.
