It was an absolute delight this afternoon! Mateo was an absolute sunlight to my day! The butterburger was delicious and the coffee was fresh. And they accommodated my request for an ungodly amount of cream. I will definitely come back. If Mateo is being considered for a raise, I can attest he has earned it! For his hard work, kindness and customer service skills, he deserves it!

It's okay but very high prices. Two small hamburgers, two small fries, two sodas for 33 wow, a little high. Considering that it is junk food especially soda and fries. I think it's better to cook at home and healthier.

We just went there and had a pretty bad experience. The dude who brought us the food forgot to look at the receipt or something because he forgot the two drinks, the napkins and plasticware and the ice cream. We asked about the drinks and it was like he just woke up. He brought us the drinks (iced tea and no ice?), and we discovered that he forgot the ice cream. We told him and he just left. Then he came back a few min later and just did a drive by drop off where he tossed it onto the table and kept walking. We got cheese curds and they were burnt to a crisp. There was no cheese left, just burnt breading. The deluxe burger with bacon had cold buns and the cheese was not melted. The chicken tenders (buffalo) were almost too spicy, but maybe that's how they always are. All of the food was super dry. We went to a Culvers in Wisconsin a while back and the experience was so great. The people were nice and the service was amazing. The food was really good. This experience at 1765 Rand Rd. was bad enough for us to really question the whole chain.
