I was ordering and the lady was very rude, I was not finish with the order and she said, okay thank you next window, and I was not done, I told the person an the window did not care and said they have more costumers 11/21/2025 in the morning shift avoid them just go somewhere else

I don't think they've ever gotten my or my husbands order right on the first try. It doesn't matter if you go at 4am or 2pm. Even then once you get it all fixed, if you ordered anything warmed I guarantee it'll be burnt to a crisp. Order at your risk!

I have never been nickel and dimed at a Dunkin like this before. Added charges for no ice in a drink and for a water. Cheap ownership/leadership leads to fewer customers as money I would have spent there will, in the future, now go to a better coffee shop in the area.

They charge for less ice.. please read this again because if you order an iced coffee with less ice they have to put a very small amount of coffee more but no other Dunkin donuts charges for less ice. I will never go back there and the guys know me, what a rip off! Just up the street they make it without an extra charge. They lose a valuable customer and many more as my people will no longer go there. Please be careful they also don't understand you, Good Luck.

Okay I don’t know what the deal is, but they absolutely load the drinks with ice and it’s every damn time…. No other Dunkin in the area puts that much ice. I have literally tested it… Getting a large is literally what would be a small at Starbucks. So sad. Anytime I have to ask for “light ice” they tell me they can’t? Not a single other Dunkin so can someone tell me why that is? I really am not trying to sound whiny but seriously NO OTHER DUNKIN DOES THAT!!! But looking at the other reviews, it seems you like to not give anyone a full portion. 😒
In the photo… I had just got this drink IT ISN’T EVEN FULL! Also I hadn’t even taken a single sip yet🥲 definitely not going to this one anymore 😕

The way to build a loyal customer base is NOT by cheating customers in portion sizes. I bought their breakfast meal deal and it came with only 6 quarter-sized hash brown pieces. Those didn't even fill the paper hash brown holder 1/4 of the way. Do yourself a favor and eat at the Mickey D's next door.
