They only gave me one pack of hash browns when i ordered 2 through doordash. It's not the dashers fault, it was Dunkin's, very disappointing

The way to build a loyal customer base is NOT by cheating customers in portion sizes. I bought their breakfast meal deal and it came with only 6 quarter-sized hash brown pieces. Those didn't even fill the paper hash brown holder 1/4 of the way. Do yourself a favor and eat at the Mickey D's next door.

Shameful. The hours say that they close at 9 PM but, apparently 8:28 is close enough. Half of their signs were working and not the ones for coffee they had no donuts at all and we’re already closing up shop. I ordered a coffee after asking them what their signature lattes were but nobody had any clue and their menu wasn’t working so they were no help, I went online and the website is incredibly useless as well so I just ordered a hot coffee. I got an iced coffee but didn’t have time to sit there and wait any longer and this is probably the most disgusting cup of coffee that I’ve ever had in my lifeDunkin’ Donuts, but you have a lot of competition and I don’t see this location staying up much longer

Worst experience of my life , felt humiliated, embarrassed , felt like crap . The manager has the worst attitude . Have been going to this location for over 16 years or so , never had a problem til today . Went through the drive thru order my food paid and had no problem . About 2 weeks ago I went to get a coffee tbh I don’t remember if I had order food so I give the lady my card and she hands back my card and my coffee . She said ok thank you . So I drive off , I looked at my bank statement and there’s no charge so I told my son listen I don’t think she charged me so I’m going to go back during the week and let her know . I forgot to go back so today I go and the same lady told the manager that’s the lady that didn’t pay . So I tell her yes I was just talking to my son about it can you check if my card went through cause I didn’t see no charge , so with an attitude she tells me to wait with her finger so I’m like ok . So she said what’s the issue so I explained and she walks away she said yes I have the receipt I said perfect I’ll pay for it just show me the receipt . She comes back and tells me here it is so I go ok let me check the receipt . She says no this is the one I have so she tells me what’s in the receipt I said no I don’t drink ice tea . She said well this is your receipt . I said no it’s not . She said well you’re the one that didn’t pay so , I said I have my card to your employee it’s not my fault she even waited and gave me my order . She said I’m charging you for 2 coffees then I said no show me my receipt and I’ll pay for it no problem . She said what you can’t afford to pay for 2 coffees . I said no I’m not paying for something that I didn’t get . I don’t mind paying for it just don’t make it seem like it’s my fault , it’s your employees fault . The way she was speaking to me in front of other people . Never felt more embarrassed my whole life . She kept on repeating well you can’t afford it . I did wrong by throwing $10 dollars at her but at that moment I didn’t care . DUNKIN DO BETTER AND TRAIN YOUR STAFF PLEASE . LOST A COSTUMER AND MAYBE FOR YOUR COMPANY IS NOTHING BUT IS NOT OK .

Placed my order online as soon as this location open. Thinking this will give them an hour or two. To complete my order IF needed. At the time i picked up my order, Then later checked. My hasbrowns are burnt and the dozen donuts not only it was the wrong order. All donuts are STALE! What is the point of placing an order early if they are giving out stale donuts?.
