I always enjoy this dining option because it combines the components that make for a great dining experience - Great service, inviting ambience, and excellent food. This is an inviting choice offering great Italian fare, nice beverage options and plenty of choices. I opted for the eggplant parmigiana, which was accompanied by a side of spaghetti. I ordered eggplant parmigiana. When it arrived, the cheese on top was blackened and crunched as I cut it. The waitress replaced the meal and I ate after everyone else at the table was finished. Not my idea of a great dining experience. This is the first time I have been unhappy with Gianni's.
For a over $40 plate, I expected my lamp chops to be better , one chop was all fat, and the knife they gave me was useless to cut with , I got frustrated and used my hands to eat with. Only had one chop since the other one was all fat.. wont be going there again. First and last time.
