Fast and reliable, just as I would hope for a neighborhood pizza joint. Also just as good as every other Lou's.

I absolutely love Lou Malnati’s pizza, especially the buttercrust! The pizza is delicious even the next day, which makes the leftovers just as enjoyable. My online order was ready right on time, and the friendly employee greeted me promptly. The $6 off promotion was also a great bonus. Excellent service and consistently great pizza at the Palatine location. Definitely don’t change a thing!
