I placed a mobile order and the morning manager latino man around 50 yrs old with glasses and a mustache.... I'm sure everyone has seen him.... I proceed to tell him I have a mobile order at this mcdonalds 275 northwest and he says sorry I can't touch your phone or check to see... I saw them as they delete the orders off the screen and of course he says look your order would be up on the screen... the manager didn't manage the situation like a manager should have @Mcdonald's
Worst Mc Donalds I've been to in years. The fries tasted old and they were not hot. The burgers and nuggets tasted old as well. The lady at the counter was rude. Definitely a place I will not give any future business to.

Another pit stop at McDonald's for a brewed coffee and a QPC. We go for their coffee which is always tasty and I don't have to get a bank loan to buy! Drive thru!!! FAST FAST FAST!
Probably the worst McDonald's in the Chicagoland area. They never remember condiments you order, so you always have to ask twice. Your food is never actually ready at the drive thru, so you have to pull ahead and wait for them to bring it to you. Whoever runs this location should be ashamed of themselves
