Food Was Ice Cold . Pissed em off to turn around for $24 bucks come on make it hot. Then the manager made it & said my kid ate a chicken tender which is cool just make it over then they didnt have sweet tea either . Just wasn’t worth the money tonight . Gas is far to high to be playing with people food.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the quality and safety of the food I received during my recent visit.
I explicitly ordered non-spicy chicken. However, to my surprise and frustration, the food I received was completely wrong and highly unsatisfactory for several reasons:
Wrong Flavor & Severe Discomfort: The chicken was heavily spiced. Because I cannot eat spicy food, this has caused me to suffer from terrible heartburn and physical pain.
Under-cooked and Cold: Upon biting into it, it became clear that the chicken was under-cooked in the middle, which is a serious health hazard. Furthermore, the chicken was cold and had the tough texture of being day-old food that had simply been sitting out.
As a customer, I expect fresh, fully cooked food that matches what I ordered. Serving under-cooked, cold, and incorrect food is completely unacceptable.
I will be calling the headquarters to report this.
On my way to Urgent Care to fix this heartburn problem.
You can see in the picture the chicken looks at least a day old.

​It has been years since my last visit to Popeyes, but I stopped by yesterday to grab dinner for the whole family. I was pleasantly surprised by the value because they have some great deals on family meals right now. Most importantly, the quality was fantastic for fast food. We ordered the family chicken strip meal and a few of the spicy chicken sandwiches, and everything tasted great. It is definitely back in our rotation for a quick family dinner.

I was trying to order through the drive through on April 7 at around 3:00 and the guy that took my order acted like he didn't know what to do with the coupon I gave him and a small Spanish speaking girl came up to the window I was trying to tell her the last time I was there the chicken was not fresh it was dry . They both looked at me like they didn't understand me and I said do you speak English they both smiled and said no closed the window on me .you need to do better Popeyes. I spend lots of money at your stores .. hire mature people and don't act racist and people that can't speak English. I had to go to another location

Walked in saw two self check out kiosks and was not happy. I ask if I could order from the lady working there and she instantly made me feel welcome. The order took a few seconds witch would have taken me at least 5 minutes to figure out on those kiosks with my poor vision. They had my food ready before I was done filling my drink. Best service I've gotten at a fast food restaurant in a long time. Thank you.

Poor quality control and customer service. Got my order wrong the last two times. Today I requested the coleslaw that they forgot yesterday but they refused because I didn't have the receipt. As if I was trying to scam the restaurant of a small coleslaw. Stay away!!!! Make sure you double check your order to see if it's correct. Will never go back even though I go once weekly and it's the closest restaurant to me.

The Indian manager said the hot air was not working in the dining room. We ate in the dining room yesterday and spend about 110 dollars for a meal. We asked nicely to the manager to turn on the hot warm air on the dining room and he said it wasn't working. My order took 40 min to cook and we sat there freezing for our food.

Service could be a little bit friendlier

Awesome Popeyes store with friendly staff and quick service. I love the fact it's open late for pick up and dining. Keep up the great service.

Of all the fried chicken place, I enjoy Popeyes the best. Besides the chicken the biscuits, mac and cheese and the rice and beans are excellent.
