Finally got to check out Schnell's Brauhaus the evening of Sunday 4/14, for the first time ever! Was in the mood for German food after having some fantastic German food at Kegel's Inn up in West Allis, WI this past Friday night 4/12 before the Luke Combs concert at American Family Field! BEST GERMAN EVER!!! Amazing service! The cheese curds are to die for, they are lightly breaded, so you can still taste the cheese! Just outstanding all the way around! Beer was fresh and crisp! Great prices as well! I’ll be back real soon!

This place is a hidden gem. Food and service were excellent. Hard to find great or even good German food nowadays. We had Rouladen, Sauerbraten and Osso Buco, all were excellent. Exceeded our expectations, we’ll be going back for sure. Servers and chef/kitchen staff were fantastic.
