The server was good and attentive. The food taste likes it been reheated a few times, maybe someone's leftovers from lunch? meat tough and dried out, closer to jerky than meat, the undercooked frozen vegetables mixed in made it even worse. We all got our food at different times.
I'm not going back.

This place has always been my go-to place when I want a change of pace. The atmosphere is unmatched and the walls inside are full of history milestones if you dare to read them all like I have. The Server, The Cook, The Owners always makes us feel at home and we are all sharing a plate at the dinner table. We are due for another round of sake too.

Food is pretty good for the price. Plenty of gluten free options as with all Thai although they seem less sure.

Just waited an hour along with 4-5 other people for take-out orders that were all told 20 minutes. I get it - stuff happens. But the staff & owner couldn’t care ales to offer anything or even update us. Won’t be back.

I ordered the sesame noodles off the “Signature Menu”. It clearly states that there is crab meat and shrimp in the meal. When it came to the table, there was no crab meat. When I asked the server, she said it was “fermented” crab. I asked what that meant, and all she could say was that it was fermented. Totally false advertising. Also, my sister ordered the beef with pepper and tomato. It tasted like it was burnt. Not sure I’ll be back.

A solid choice for Thai food in the burbs. Even the ants love it! There was a tiny ant roaming around on my plate. It gave the food the thumbs up and I gave it a thumb.

Our waiter was very nice and friendly. We ordered the chicken with garlic sauce, pad see ew, and the fried catfish. All were really good. Besides the ant, and the constant flying of a hungry gnat, the dining experience was good. I'm not a fan of the sticky rice and mango, but my dining partners in crime enjoyed it. The chicken in my dish was somewhat dry, but I get it... chicken is hard! Pad see ew was solid though. Overall, a good meal.

BATHROOM REVIEW: Located in the back, past the kitchen, the bathroom was VERY nice. I think it was nicer than the restaurant dining area itself. Clean, modern, and pleasant, I'd sit on that bad boy any day.

This is a family owned business. When you walk in you get a warm greeting and great conversation. Food is amazing and affordable. I’ve been addicted to this place for since 2012 when I moved to palatine. Must try! Will not disappoint!

Kid-friendliness: This is a family run business, that treats you like family. Kind, understanding, patient.. those are just some of the ways I would describe this restaurant!

Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is laid out in such a way that it’s easy to move a wheelchair around. Very accessible open space.

We ordered veg rolls , egg rolls, green curry, tom yum soup, pineapple fried rice.
All of them below par.we ordered by the online review and really disappointed with the order.
Green curry is watery and sweet. There was not even a single egg plant even though description says it comes with egg plant.
Tomyum soup is clear soup not as authentic one.
In pineapple fried rice, we had to search for the pineapple.
In egg rolls and veg rolls, we could not tell the difference between the two.
This is our first and last time order from them.
