Labor Day Monday. There were 8 associates in the store, only about 3 customers drinking in- and 1 car in the drive thru. As opposed to Labor Day weekend Sunday, stopped at Joliet Starbucks on route 59. There were 34 customers in the store and only 4 associates- with the drive thru deep with 9-10 cars 🚗. Service there as you can imagine was a tad bit stalled. I waited 31 minutes for my coffee ☕️😴😎

I visited Starbucks in Palatine last weekend, craving something sweet and refreshing. The Iced Caramel Macchiato was a treat, combining rich espresso with cold milk, vanilla syrup, and a generous swirl of caramel. It was creamy and balanced, with a delightful sticky richness.
The staff were friendly and efficient, having my mobile order ready in minutes. The atmosphere was inviting, with warm lighting and the comforting aroma of freshly brewed coffee.
