Came on to see what others thought and whether it was just me, but OMG how are these guys still allowing the rude guy with the orange beard and the lady with the scarf and mask to even run this place?! it’s always so awkward and they can’t understand the first time i have to keep repeating myself. the man with the orange beard is always waving his finger at me if i ask for something specific.. although it’s a simple task that every other subway i’ve visited happily does (cut my 6 inch sandwich into 2 peices) I’ve tried to avoid this subway but because it’s the closest and my kids LOVE subway i’m left with no choice!

Omg I won't be going back to this location. I needed a footlong turkey, but I needed the 2 halves slightly different. Right away, one man was angry that half was being toasted, but not the other. He muttered about getting the same ingredients on both. Orange beard guy finished making them. When the original guy saw that one had spinach & and tomato, he lost his mind and said, "Never do that again!" I said loudly, "I don't care how you do it. But I need 2 different sandwiches." Isn't their job to custom make these sandwiches? I really don't understand the issue. Like charge me whatever I never complained! So thanks you, crotchety man, for ruining my lunch!! No tip for you! 🤣

Absolutely NASTY service . The guy with the orange beard and the Muslim woman who wears a mask are unbelievable. They were handling cash , touching cash , touching their faces and then went to make my sandwich with the same gloves they touched the cash with. I told them to please make me a new sandwich with clean gloves or refund me my moneys and they laughed in my face and told me no. Disgusting and unhygienic . No suprise I was extremely sick after eating their food

found a hair in my sandwich and obviously was disgusted by it because of the fact i knew it wasn’t mine, i approached the staff about it very polite asking if there was anything they could do - the man i was speaking to snatched the sandwich away from me to look at it for himself then threw it out without answering my question and proceeded to raise his voice at me asking which type of bread i wanted. After my sandwich was remade and they had wrapped it up the lady who the man had switched off with slammed my food on the counter then walked away. I honestly regret not just asking for a refund because of how rude the staff was and how they handled the situation. very unprofessional.

I always see a very pleasant Indian gentleman who works there. I always come in the morning hours, so I've never seen the red-haired guy everyone is talking about.

Built on being able to watch your sandwich being made, and controlling the amount of toppings you get within reason. This location says, “nope.”Don’t come here.
