Hong Kong Cafe is a great Chinese restaurant with fair portions and fast delivery service. The owners have limited English skills, but the food is always good. The gentleman taking orders is very nice, and the express dinners are recommended. However, the Hong Sue Beef dish was disappointing, with fried beef shreds and minimal vegetables. Overall, it's a beloved spot for Chinese cuisine with some hits and misses.
