“NEW OWNERSHIP FIXED IT!!!!! I live just around the corner and for so long I drove out of my way to avoid this location. Since new ownership took over, I have returned and have not had one single issue. I am happy to say FINALLY the staff are trained, they are not rude, and my order has not been messed up once. The previous ownership seemed to hire anyone, the employees were awful and orders were always wrong. One even spilled my scalding hot drink on me then said it was my fault. I am happy to say the change seems to have repaired all issues, and the location closest to my house is now worth visiting. If you had a bad experience previously it's worth giving them a shot and keeping business in the neighborhood.“
“Most** of the employees are kind, courteous and serve the customers very well. I wanted to mention what I assume is in issue, If I asked for my receipt it is not to come back an complain as I mentioned I am served well. But I have nothing to do with why other common customers come back to complain with receipts. At times I go out of my way to another Dunkin to not be questioned as to why I want my receipt. I try to be kind to the the staff as they do prepare my orders promptly.“
