I usually LOVE this place. But the food has been very inconsistent lately at the Troy, MI location. I get the same thing every week. And every week it’s a little different. I get the mixed platter. Last week there was no sauce, and I always order extra on the side, but the little cup was only half full. So, no sauce on the platter, and barely any on the side. This week there were more onions than gyro/chicken. Barely any meat; very meager portion. And still, side of sauce only...read full review
Great service
1st time visiting - Staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient. Ordered 2 philly cheesesteak sandwiches and cheese fries. Delicious 😋

Nyc Halal Eats in Palos Park is a halal spot serving fresh, flavorful food with generous portions. The burger is described as the best, and the chopped cheese and philly are recommended. The fries are tasty and flavorful, the seasoning is fire, and the lemonade is yummy. The chicken platter is a good price for everything you get and is sooo tasty. The milkshake is the best ever had. The pizza had issues, with packaging horrible, cheese and toppings sliding off, and it had dried out by delivery, needing better boxes or a different setup for pizza on delivery orders. The food is cooked perfectly, hot fresh out the kitchen, and the quality of ingredients is clean and fresh. The service is friendly and welcoming, the owners and people who operate the restaurant are some of the nicest and generous people, and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. The seating area is great, clean, and the decor is super cool. It is a little pricey, but you get a TON of food and they load it up. One of the best halal spots around Palos Park.
