“Bill was absolutely amazing!! The drinks were phenomenal, I got the Negroni and my husband got the cherry Manhattan. They were to die for. He took his time with each, and we had a chance to celebrate not only our first time at this spot, but our first date in a while. This was worth it and we will be back. “A nightclub in the middle of Harvey. And...it...was....bumpin!!!! On a Thursday!!! Just wow!!! The bar inside is fairly small but well appointed. Since it s summer? They had 3 huge tents...and a great sou d system. It was not only loud? But clear. You could hear the music clearly and the lyrics were clearly discernable from several blocks out. Wow Smittys!!! You are winning!!!
The security was also excellent. With the sidewalks all blocked off......with horses and tape and rope. Done well. Bumpin in Harvey!!! If u want a black owned nightclub? With great music? Atmosphere? Vibe? With young AND grown people? You ve found it!!!!
I only gave the food the rating I did because I didn't have any. When I do? I ll add to the review.
But? DO GO!!!! On Thursdays!!! You ll b happy you did!!!!“

“It's a small place with lots of big personalities. Dream is a great bar star and pours a mean drink. Prices are economical and you feel safe there. They scan everyone's ID which I think is a Posen requirement but I like it so if anything occurs, you know who was there. They have karaoke on Tuesdays and the owner has complimentary smoked wings and salad for patrons.“

“The tacos are small, authentic and delicious. Good enough for me to order two to go. Except they didnt make my to-go tacos the same. It had too much cheese. The host/bartender/waitress did not speak English and most of the food on the menu didnt exist. I wanted chicken quesadillas and she shook her head no. I wasn't sure if she didn't have chicken quesadillas or no quesadillas at all. I asked about other items on the menu and she smiled and frowned at the same time. So I ordered chicken tacos to simplify things. It took a lot to get her attention. She gravitated to the guys in my party. Little did she know, they weren't paying or tipping. The classic margarita with the red margarita salt was delicious. Lastly, there was a couple dinning at a table near by filming me and my friends. I'll be fine if I don't revisit this restaurant.“

“Well, if they cook your food properly, it's not bad... however, if they don't and you need to send it back to cook it (not a fan of raw burgers 🤷‍♀️) and it comes back the same way... be prepared to not eat and pay for the meal anyway. I asked for it to be removed from our bill (over $100 total so not just a couple things) and they removed it after a small "fight" but literally charged us for a basket of fries cuz I ate a few fries off my plate, I guess. they don't take care of their mistakes nor do they care to make things right. Lost future business, everyone at the table was shocked.“

“Lynwood bowl has been around for a very long time and is s great spot for bowling. While it’s a great spot, they do have a small arcade room for kids, a large bar area for adults with a pool table and slots. I would say they have about 20 lanes or so. Leagues are always in and out so plan ahead. I’ve been coming here for about 20 years and even though it’s a smaller business, still is a great spot to go to.“

“We ❤️ Thornton Distilling!! We come here regularly and I just realized I've never left a review encouraging others to check it out. The food and drinks are great (obsessed with the lavender lemonade they make in the summer), the bar itself is very cool and historic and their outdoor patio is dog friendly. My husband has done the distillery tour for his bachelor party and thought it was really fun. Highly recommend!“

“We stopped in here for lunch - picked up a sack with fries, chicken rings, and ten burgers for $24. It was easily enough to feed three people (and two dogs) with food leftover. The food was hot and tasty and ready quickly. We don't go for sliders often, but I'll happily go back here again.“
