We could not find the place but the address was correct. Turns out it’s no longer Blue Ridge Korean BBQ but is called Seoul Mama.Super misleading. We didn’t feel like walking in.
soooooooo delicious omg. i recommend the pork bulgogi and dumplings it was amazing.
Seems like they've changed owners and quality over the past couple of years. When they opened in 2016 food was good and pretty authentic. Earlier this years it seemed like they'd changed owners, same menu, but the food was even better. Was there tonight and again it seems like there's new owners again. Menu has changed - no sushi, no LA Galbi, some different appetizers... the new KPop Chicken was great - but everything else we had was very bland. Sad to see.it change so much.
Beautiful tiny place. True authentic Korean cuisine. Enjoy!

Great food. Simple store front counter restaurant with tasty food. We ate in bulgogi, fried dumplings, and kimchee were really good.
Vegetarian options: Im not a vegetarian but they do offer vegetarian options for some of their dishes.

7/2022 5* Loved it! Food was excellent. I totally recommend the dumplings! They were awesome. Loved all of what I had to eat.Very tiny place. Not much room for a crowd or to eat in. But the food was a great quality, hot and fresh, and came out of the kitchen quickly. Seems like a family place. Our group had a great time there.
Food was Great! Super flavorful. Both beef and pork bulgogi were excellent. The steak bulgogi was a tiny bit salty but that didn't stop it from being delicious. The only negative was that when it came to ordering they were out of a couple of dishes I wanted to try. Some alternatives were offered that turned out to be great.
I love everything I tried here so far! We had fried shrimp with mayo sauce, fried tofu with spicy sauce, and bibimbap. The portions were generous, and I liked how bibimbap contains so much veggies! It is such a nutritionally well balanced meal. My personal favorite was fried tofu. It goes really well with the spicy and sweet sauce. I would definitely come back when I crave for some Korean food.
This place is great! Please visit this lovely Korean BBQ restaurant in Park Ridge. The ambiance was very welcoming and charming. The NEW owner grand opened this place 3days ago, so they look kinda crazy busy but it was worth it to wait! Also making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is absolutely amazing. I had Chicken bites and Bulgogi and I could eat this every day. Amazingly delicious, good value, high quality! I loved it! Highly recommend!10/10. Will definitely visit again!!
Surprisingly delicious and generous portions!I enjoyed my experience here and the owner was very accommodating:)I recommend stopping in here, especially for first timers with Korean food!

My first time having Korean BBQ, and gosh was I spoiled! Fair prices, large portions, and very friendly staff. If I lived in Chicago I'd definitely be back! I had chicken wings, dumplings, and pork bulgogi (pictured below). My brothers also raved about the food. Highly recommend!
What a great small restaurant. The owner is so nice his wife cook perfectly everything I feel like they personally connect with each customer. I can truly feel the love and passion through food may God bless them.
I have been ordering the Chicken Galbi for years. Until recently it was fantastic! It was my favorite take-out meal from any restaurant!Recently the flavor has not been the same. Yes, the portions are just as generous as before, but there no longer seems to be any sauce added to the meat, grilled onions were added, and spice is almost non-existent even though, as before, I asked for medium-spicy.One of the most recent reviews I saw just today mentioned that the restaurant recently was sold to new owners without notice to customers and perhaps that is the problem. I contacted the owners directly through the restaurant's own website explaining the problem I encountered with recent orders of the Chicken Galbi dish. Within an hour I received a personalized email response promising to contact me the next day to discuss the issue, offering a complimentary replacement serving made, and requesting my further feedback.Very impressive response to my constructive criticism!
BEST Beef Bulgogi !!! Can't wait to come back and try the Sushi. The Blue Ridge Roll looks AMAZING! New owners (Husband and Wife couple) very friendly and outgoing. Wish them success for sure 'cause I want to keep come ng back!
Smaller scale Korean restaurant with a small menu but big flavor. The most unique thing was the Korean pancakes (plural) instead of the typical large seafood pancake cut into triangle slices, you get five mini pancakes that are crispy throughout each pancake.Service was a little slow given the few people in the restaurant, but understandable because every thing is cooked to order.
