I like Kong Dog to begin with. But this location is much cleaner, faster and more convenient than the mall location. I will definitely be back again soon

Their staff is so very kind, and the Kong Dogs are very authentic and not like other ones. They have an amazing crunch and flavor, me and my friend usually go there atleast a couple times a month cause their food is so addictivee💛💛

I am very disappointed, ‘cause we just arrived at 7:45pm, went inside, and the girl at the counter told us that they were already closed. Then put the exact opening hours of the kitchen in Google maps, because we had to drive 15 minutes.. luckily, the location in Norridge is open until 9, we went there, but it’s another 15 minutes to get there

I went in at 7:15 PM on a Saturday, They close at 8 PM so it wasn’t too early. I ordered a Number one, which is an original corndog. The corndog was lukewarm at best, and the fries were mushy, and wrapped poorly as if the person wrapping was in a hurry. All the chairs were placed on their tables and the woman behind the register was mopping the floors between taking orders. A couple came in and ordered food , they were refused on the request to sit inside and eat their meals. Two more people came in neither of them was greeted or thanked for their purchase. The woman behind the counter was sweeping and mopping and kicking up dust while I’m waiting for my food. I can only guess these are the owner’s kids because if they were my employees I would fire them. I will never go in here again
Kid-friendliness: The staff was rude to all three kids that went in there so I would say they are not kid friendly
Had the spicy mayo and potato and mozzarella dog. Wasn’t that good at all imo and the mozzarella didn’t the pull nor taste I was expecting. Rated it 3 star because the staff seemed friendly, the place looked nice, and the speed I received my order didn’t take long.
