As an older person, Tudor, a carry out order taker was extremely kind and patient in walking me through ordering a pizza to be delivered via DoorDash I assume for my son at a very difficult time. While There was a mixup, Tudor immediately rectified the problem and made it right. Very professional and caring person. The establishments should be extremely proud to have a person like Tudor working there.
Loved what we ordered. They are somewhat disorganized as they took our order and forgot to put it in. We waited over an hour to finally get our order. I know this place is a busy place, and they had originally said it would take 30 min.
Ok, so I'm a non-reader! Always want to stop by a Lou Malnati's when I am in Chicago. Saw one close in Park Ridge. Showed up and then realized it was one of the take out places. But! The woman behind the counter was so kind and so helpful. They do have a couple of tables out front, she got us set up out there and then brought our pizza out.
