Called to ask why I was charged an additional month and why my payments changed. Turned out the last charge was actually my final charge and the people here just forgot to send out my final receipt. Customer service was helpful.
I had only learned of the concern due to my credit report. No invoices were sent and I could not pull up my account using the information requested as it said it could do. I don't deny that the payment was due however. I rated them 4 stars because after calling them, they reacted quickly and kindly. Within a week of payment, the mark was removed.
