Place used to be good. Pizza is horrible now. Picked up my pizza on time . when I got home 10 minutes later it was burnt and cold. Looked like it had been sitting out for a long time.

I have been coming to this place for a long time, and I recommend it to my friends because the salads are good. However, the customer service is horrible. This older lady behind the counter is in the wrong place. She is rude, unpleasant, and clearly discriminates against customers. It is a shame that such people work in places where all you should do is take care of clients, keep your thoughts to yourself, and smile once in a while. I am very disappointed and thinking about finding another place where I feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer.

The food was good, but portions were small or less than most places. The atmosphere was quite simple and plain but comfortable . The place was small and clean. Service was order and pickup to your table. Many carry outs while I was there.

I don’t recommend it to anyone! There is old women with a glasses working there. She is very rude to delivery people. She yells at them. She is inadequate. She unlawfully discredits them to their employer. This is unprofessional and ugly! She can do this to any clients…

Ordered our first order. Then we decided we wanted to order a pizza at about 7:05pm. They close at 730pm. I never been to a restaurant that refused an order bc they close at 730pm when we were well before the closing time.
It seemed like they were in a rush to go home instead of caring about the customers.
Why own a restaurant. Why own a restaurant if you are shoving customers out and refuse to let them order before you close? Then DONT WORK AT ONE!

Cute little Italian spot in Park Ridge I had an Italian beef with hot peppers it was delicious ? you seat there while you are smelling this pizzas being baked a bunch of old school folks that know how to make a good meal! I'll be back for sure ?

We showed up and it was almost closing time one night after visiting family in the hospital. The entire staff was gracious and friendly and let us in for a quick supper while they cleaned up.Prices were great. The place was clean and the the staff diligent in their cleaning. They served our order quickly.My Italian Beef was the real deal. Nicely seasoned, on good fresh bread. Her rigatoni with marinara was very good too.Four stars for their food, plus one extra star for the late night hospitality.
The NY style pizza is one of the best. The chopped salad is also fantastic.

The soups were unexpectedly great! Massive chunks of clam in the clamp chowder, and robust earthy minestrone. The chopped salad was well appointed, however the house salad lacked creativity and was a disappointment for the price. The red wine vinegarette dressing went a long way to make up for that, but it was still underwhelming.

Clean, airy, bright. Authentic homemade, no additives. You can taste the difference at Sonny’s, phenomenal. We had the meatball sub today, quick friendly service.The salads, soups are also delicious as we have catered from Sonny’s before for a party,does not disappoint dine in or dine out.5-stars.
