I literally LOVE their food. It's genuinely my favorite burger, but the reason this doesn't get a higher rating is due to the service. I recently went in and was waited on by a blonde teenager who just seemed upset to be there. All was fine until I tried my shakes. This has been one of my fav spots in the chicagoland area for a long time, Recently i went and it was different crew shift then im used to but no problem of course, I order and the brown man who took my order was slacking not paying attention, on his phone but yes food was good as always
