This place is nice. The location is great. The food is good, not overly great, but good. However the night we were there, most of our guests were coming there for pizza. But they had no more pizza. We were there for an early dinner, 5:15, and they had already run out of pizza. Strange! Service was fine, but the waiter kept making bizarre mistakes. Maybe just an off night?

Love this restaurant! Our 2nd time there, and again the food was excellent! Service great, too! We sat outside this time, and the road/train noise is not great, but not horrible either. It was a good spot for us as we had small children with us. Speaking of that, the staff did a great job getting the food out quickly which is great for little kids. And they loved their dishes, too!

We were celebrating my husband's birthday. The food was very good. What made our experience the best was our server, Jonathan. He was also the bartender. From the minute we walked in the door he greeted us & made us feel welcome. In spite of his double duty & a very large private party next to us, he took care of everyone's needs. It's not just the food that makes me want to go back to a restaurant, but also top notch service, like we received from Jonathan.

Our daughter's birthday dinner was very nice. Unfortunately, during the reservation process the system asked if there was any special event. We included A Birthday, but no one from the restaurant made note of our special occasion. Food was very good, we were able to eat on the terrace. Service was a bit slow, and the restaurant was not that busy.

We had an amazing night! The food and cocktails were delicious especially the espresso martini! The server was so attentive and let our group catch up and talk and was patient. We had the best night at Zasa!

Great food but not great service. Our waitress forgot to bring our appetizer and she got one of entrees wrong. She was apologetic and took the items off the bill but it did disrupt our meal. We come here often and the food is always great and this is the first time we have had trouble with service. So you should come here.

The restaurant closes at 9pm At 835 then shut all the patio lights off and music while we were still dining . We got the hint loud and clear . We still has 25 minutes to converse but I guess they wanted to go home . We weren't offered refills on our beverages either . Won't be back

Disappointing service - group of six friends met for lunch and several of our entrees were incorrect, and one was not made at all. While they did offer to make her meal, it arrived 15 minutes after the rest of the table. No apology or even acknowledgment of the issue. Service in general was slow and unfriendly.

The server was amazing, such personality, (bad at remembering names), said it was his first time working on Sunday. Food was good, bread fresh and jot, great drinks. Definitely will go again!

We were sat at 5pm on a Sunday (not a lot of other tables, so it wasn't busy at all) server didn't come by and we went looking for her at 5:15pm. She finally came with water and bread and took our orders (2 apps and 4 entreees) at 5:45pm we still did not have appetizers but brought our food out. I told them that we never got the appetizers, and so they took our food back (not my intention). At 5:54 I sent my husband to find our food as we had to leave the restaurant by 6:10 to get to a show at the Allstate Arena. They brought our food (cold) and still no appetizers. My husband ordered fish (not good cold!) and the others were pasta. When we finally were ready to leave, the appetizers showed up. They said they would take them off the bill and wrap them up. No apologies for bad/slow service. The sangria had no fruit in it as well. Not sure if they were short staffed in the kitchen or what but no one explained the delay or the lack of service (no one came to check on us at all, we always had to hunt them down). I would definitely not go back. Seemed like it would be a nice place, but turns out it only looked nice. Terrible experience.
