And they used American craft cheese on everything cheesy, my grilled cheese wasn't heated and they used the bread I use at home and cheese slices that I could get for 15 and I paid fifteen dollars. I have always loved going here their food is fantastic and everyone is so nice and they always have the freshest root beer. I would recommend going here if you love a classic burger or hotdogs and a old drive in like experience. They're prices aren't bad either. The only thing that sucks is they're only open in spring and summer instead of all year round but it makes you always excited for when they open next season lol.Kid-friendliness: They're always nice to kidsWheelchair accessibility: There's no stairs anywhere so if you have mobility issues it will be no problem for you here

Cranwill's is cool. It brings a strong nostalgic vibe that reminds me a lot of how Sonic felt to me as a kid. More importantly than that, their owner is beyond dedicated to customer satisfaction. I feel very comfortable eating here despite the environs, and I make it a point to come back for their awesome root beer and ice cream every summer.Parking: Numerous stalls for cars to park in.Wheelchair accessibility: Availability to stay completely in your vehicle during your stay. New tamales are awful...flies everywhere...not just a few but a million...trash on ground..waitress slow and had to go back in 5 times for things she forgot but she did keep apologizing for the flies. Root beet was great. So disappointed...have been going there for ma, many years. :(

Went through the drive thru. We wanted a 10 piece chicken (which we were charged for). We received 6. When I went in to get the 4 other pieces they wouldn't give them to me. They wanted to charge me for them. After I had already paid $16 for 1 meal only! So I got my money back from them. Kept the 6 pieces and left. They said it had something to do with ounces... idk but if that's the case it should be made clear on the drive thru menu. If not then one or the two it took to take our order should have explained that. For someone that has never been to this establishment I wasn't aware chunks were nuggets and not strips. And I was most certainly never told this by anyone. I was also not made aware of any chicken meal going by the weight of the chicken. So you HEARD wrong. I feel that the menu is somewhat misleading. I also feel that the customer service was not very good considering i was asked to pay for the additional strips. Good customer service would have understood the confusion and would have given the customer the extra strips. The confusion of said customer would have been remedied. The company would have lost less. Gained happy returning customer Instead you lost more money and a customer that won't be returning. So who really lost here?
