The drink was not stirred at all and I dumped it out as soon as I got a chance. The hashbrowns are gross and soggy while also tasting overcooked, the ham and Swiss sliders smelled super chemically and I took a bite and it made me gag terribly

Store is filthy papers/trash on pickup counter. Spilt sticky drink on condiment counter. Got half my order. Staff waited on next customer then made their order and served it. I was still waiting on a hot tea. I went up and told the girl that I was still waiting on a hot tea. She said I know it I’m getting it. Haven’t been here for a while and probably won’t be back for a while. I’m a 73 year old woman and didn’t appreciate the staff or the condition of the store. This is on Sunday afternoon approximately 4:30 pm. Not very busy at all.

I bought coffee in East Peoria , it was HORRIBLE !!!!!! The staff in Pekin made them taste better , I ask for liquid sugar , they are amazing

I have been drinking coffee for years and am familiar with what an iced Carmel macchiato looks like. When I got my drink it looked like all creamer!! When I took it in to complain the young girl did not offer anything to help make it better but was trying to educate me about how they out in a “very strong coffe: 2 shots”. The lady who took the order through the drive-thru was very rude. The grilled cheese that was in the order was only toasted in one side! NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER GO BACK TO THIS DUNCAN!!! Mind you the picture is after I choke the drink!

Their fridge went down apparently overnight and this morning crew is HANDLING it like champs. Nicest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with at a Dunkin ever. Ladies with the pink hair and the dark hair with glasses were unbelievably sweet and the perfect people to greet you in the morning for breakfast. Keep them — these are the type of people wanting to be at the front counter.

We go here often. Usually everything is smooth and I get my drink the way I want. Mistakes are made sometimes and that's ok. No one has ever been rude or messed up an order to where I felt I needed to go back. The drive thru is a little small and can be hard to hear at times but other than that it's a good dunkin

The young girl working this morning was very snotty and had a bad attitude like she hates her job. I ordered 2 of the same flavored drinks but 1 with sweetener and 1 with sugar and got told.. " Just so you know, you have to order those separately because it makes ringing your order up harder. I apologized and she rushed me forward and said, " please pull forward." I really don't know what's happened to customer service and I truly don't know how challenging it is to ring it up how I ordered it. Also, the day prior I heard a boy say, " It's really METHED up here." Get it together.
