Coffee favoring is very bad and made my moms very bad and she tried to get a different one because it taste bad and the lady at the counter was like I guess and mr and my friend didnt even want to go up their very bad experience. 😕

Every other time I come here their espresso machine is down. At this point they need to buy a new one instead of constantly telling people it is out of order because it’s disappointing everytime I drive there to be told they can’t make what I’m wanting. The food the last few times I’ve been here has came up cold and I’ve only gotten hashbrowns. My macchiato has also been made wrong the last few times. This has slowly become my least favorite Dunkin’ because of the constant issues. This is unfortunate because it’s also the closest one.

Young man at the window was wonderful!!! I didn't get a name, but he had pretty tattoos on his neck. I apologize for not using a better description. This was the Dunkin on Court St in Pekin Illinois. Very friendly and kept apologizing for the wait, which wasn't even bad to me, but I appreciate him saying it. He was very kind. Great thing to experience on a cold Wednesday morning!!!

My teen likes the frozen coffees, I like the dunklattes.
Make sure u say ur order 3 times or it will be wrong. And still sometimes it’s wrong. The employees do not listen when ur ordering. I’m done with the dunkin in pekin an will not be going back I’m tired of getting the wrong coffee. Sorry but u just lost a loyal customer.

There is a manager with brown hair and glasses who is horribly rude! She also refused service to us! She pulled up in her car at the drive trough and told the person at the window to not serve us, and then she left. She wasn't even on the clock. Im sure that's the most work she has ever done! I DEFINITELY DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE WHILE SHE IS EMPLOYED THERE! We did go back but I sent someone else into get the drink and the same manager started taking pictures of my car and license plate! But why do that? I did nothing wrong !
