Make sure u say ur order 3 times or it will be wrong. And still sometimes it’s wrong. The employees do not listen when ur ordering. I’m done with the dunkin in pekin an will not be going back I’m tired of getting the wrong coffee. Sorry but u just lost a loyal customer.

There is a manager with brown hair and glasses who is horribly rude! She also refused service to us! She pulled up in her car at the drive trough and told the person at the window to not serve us, and then she left. She wasn't even on the clock. Im sure that's the most work she has ever done! I DEFINITELY DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE WHILE SHE IS EMPLOYED THERE! We did go back but I sent someone else into get the drink and the same manager started taking pictures of my car and license plate! But why do that? I did nothing wrong !

I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with the pekin Dunkin’ Donuts, they rarely ever get my order correct. Tonight was the icing on the cake for me though, I went through drive thru and used the scan and pay option on the app. Apparently my payment didn’t go through, but instead of telling me the cashier gave me my drinks and said have a nice day. I then get a frantic phone call from my husband the cops are at our door looking for me, because I “ drove off without paying”. Make sure to get a receipt, people are crazy!

Didn’t have any donuts that said were in stock on the app. I work at a fast food restaurant so I know this is not a hard thing to change. Handed me an over flown drink that spilt all down the front of me when handed to me. Also not a hard thing to not overflow the drink. Also mind it was 2 o’clock with no other guest in sight

The drink was not stirred at all and I dumped it out as soon as I got a chance. The hashbrowns are gross and soggy while also tasting overcooked, the ham and Swiss sliders smelled super chemically and I took a bite and it made me gag terribly

Store is filthy papers/trash on pickup counter. Spilt sticky drink on condiment counter. Got half my order. Staff waited on next customer then made their order and served it. I was still waiting on a hot tea. I went up and told the girl that I was still waiting on a hot tea. She said I know it I’m getting it. Haven’t been here for a while and probably won’t be back for a while. I’m a 73 year old woman and didn’t appreciate the staff or the condition of the store. This is on Sunday afternoon approximately 4:30 pm. Not very busy at all.
