Fast Dragon is my family's defacto Chinese place to go for take out in Pekin. The food is fantastic!
I could not recommend it more.
BTW - The downtown location is the only Fast Dragon left in Pekin. The uptown location has new owners and it's called Lucky Garden. That location is NOT Fast Dragon and the food there has gone downhill since getting new owners.
